Da questa pagina è possibile scaricare una breve guida per la creazione e la gestione di un partenariato all’interno di un progetto europeo. L’E-book per ora è disponibile in lingua inglese, ma a breve sarà scaricabile in versione italiana. A seguito di una breve descrizione del progetto che ne ha permesso la sua stesura, si può trovare un video contenente alcune interviste dei partecipanti e delle immagini dei lavori fatti insieme, oltre al link per scaricare l’ E-book. L’Ebook contiene informazione in merito a:
- creazione e manutenzione di una partnership internazionale;
- conoscenza delle piattaforme per la ricerca dei partner;
- informazioni utili per rafforzare la comunicazione tra partner internazionali;
- buone pratiche;
- Software web based per supportare il gruppo internazionale di lavoro;
- diffusione dei risultati;
- certificazione degli apprendimenti;
- follow up;
- impatti.
Dal 16 al 22 novembre 2015, Pomerium Onlus ha partecipato al progetto Raising Together, una Partnership Building Activity project, realizzata nell’ambito del programma Erasmus +, Azione chiave 1. Il progetto ha promosso la mobilità di Youth Workers provenienti da sette organizzazioni europee, con l’obiettivo di progettare nuovi interventi nel settore della gioventù. Le attività si sono svolte, con il supporto del Municipio, presso l’ “Art Center” di Caldas da Rainha , città a ovest del Portogallo. Il team del progetto è composto da Coop Casa Artistica (Caldas Da Rainha, Portogallo. Partner capofila), in collaborazione con sei partner internazionali: Cherry Group (Dalfsen, Paesi Bassi), Jaza Association (Lubiana, Slovenia), Fundacion Tres Culturas del mediterraneo (Siviglia, Spagna), Pomerium Onlus, Hellenic Youth Participation (Atene, Grecia), Repatria Fundation (Lublino, Polonia).

Pomerium is interested in sharing two products, a video and an e-book, realized thanks to the European project “Raising Together”. The E-book is a short guide for creating and managing an international partnership within a European project and contains information about:
- establishment and international partnerships maintenance;
- where to find international partner organizations;
- partners choice;
- Knowledge of platforms for research partners;
- good communicational practices between international partners;
- web based softwares to improve networking between international organizations;
- dissemination of the results;
- certification of the learning outcomes;
- follow up;
- impacts.

Short description of the project
Raising Strengths for Future Projects Together [Raising Together] is a Partnership Building Activity project, accomplished under Erasmus + Key Action 1 framework. The project promoted the Mobility of Youth Workers from seven organizations based in Europe, with the main objective of fostering the development of future projects together in the youth field. The gathering took place between 16th and 22nd of November 2015 in Caldas da Rainha, a city located in center west of Portugal. The activities were undertook in the Arts Centre of Caldas da Rainha with the support of City Hall. The team of the project is composed by Coop Casa Artistica (Caldas Da Rainha, Portogallo. Leading organization), joint with six international partners, namely: Cherry Group (Dalfsen, Netherlands), Jaza Association (Ljubljana, Slovenia), Fundacion Tres Culturas del mediterraneo (Seville, Spain), Pomerium Onlus, Hellenic Youth Participation (Athens, Greece), Repatria Fundation (Lublin, Poland).
